Safety and Sanitation Procedures:

As a guest in my salon, your health and safety (as well as that of your Design Team) are of utmost importance.  I have updated our procedures and scheduling systems to exceed the minimum required changes that must be made in order to safely and responsibly accommodate each of you during your time with us at Jeremy Stephens Salon.  Please review the following bullet points prior to your appointment and feel free to call or email us with any questions or special requests.  These policies and procedures may be updated at any time.  We encourage you take a moment to check back over this statement prior to each reservation.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time. 

  • Limit personal items. We suggest that you leave handbags, backpacks, etc. at home or lock them out of sight in your vehicle.

  • Earloop masks are required for all staff and salon guests.  We will provide complimentary masks for use while at the Salon as well as for purchase. (Purchase option available while supplies last.)

  • We are now required to meet updated maximum capacity guidelines.  Therefore, only salon guests who are receiving services will be allowed to stay in the building.  (Parents of minors will be welcome to attend the stylist’s consultation.  We encourage you to visit the surrounding shops and restaurants during the remainder of the reservation time.)

  • At check-in, we may request that you wait in your vehicle until your station has been sanitized and/or so that maximum capacity requirements are maintained. If so, we will call to invite you back into the salon when your station is ready.

  • We will provide a smock for you to wear over your clothes, but will no longer be able to check your personal garments. Preferably, please wear a top with a low collar.  We can not be responsible for potential staining due to color services.

  • Beverage Service and Snacks will be limited.

  • Hand Sanitizer will be provided.

  • We can no longer accept returns on retail purchases, except for those having issues with defective packaging or product.

I and my team have invested a tremendous amount of time into making sure that we are able to provide you with a quality and personalized salon experience while maintaining and exceeding all safety and sanitation guidelines. Due to increased cost of operations and scheduling limitations there will be a $10.00 Safety and Sanitation Fee added to each total ticket and some minor adjustments to service pricing. For details, click here, to review our menu of services. Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we continue to safely and responsibly meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
