Safety and Sanitation Procedures:

As a guest in my salon, your health and safety (as well as that of your Design Team) are of utmost importance.  I have updated our procedures and scheduling systems to exceed the minimum required changes that must be made in order to safely and responsibly accommodate each of you during your time with us at Jeremy Stephens Salon.  Please review the following bullet points prior to your appointment and feel free to call or email us with any questions or special requests.  These policies and procedures may be updated at any time.  We encourage you take a moment to check back over this statement prior to each reservation.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time. 

  • Limit personal items. We suggest that you leave handbags, backpacks, etc. at home or lock them out of sight in your vehicle.

  • Earloop Masks are no longer required, but are requested for unvaccinated guests.

  • In order to comply with maximum capacity requirements and social distancing guidelines, please limit additional guests who are not receiving services in the salon.

  • If you are receiving a color or chemical service, you will be provided with a smock to wear over your clothes. We will be able to check your coat or outerwear, but can not be responsible for any staining or damage to clothing or personal items. Please try to remember to wear a top with a low collar and be aware that the collar of your shirt may become wet or soiled during the shampoo process.

  • Beverage Service and Snacks will be limited.

  • Hand Sanitizer will be provided.

  • We can no longer accept returns on retail purchases, except for those having issues with defective packaging or product.
